We do not accept returns. Damaged goods should be rejected at the point of delivery and faulty goods will be managed via the manufacture RMA process. We will support customers with the RMA process for goods that are dead on arrival (DOA) and faults beyond this can be supported on a time and materials basis.
Should there be mitigating circumstances, we may be willing to support a return of goods at the managements discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We charge a restocking fee of 20% unless otherwise waived.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping including the cost of shipping. Be aware that some items may be returned into the EU. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
