The Extron DTP3 CrossPoint 884 is a configurable matrix switcher with HDMI and DTP3 inputs and outputs, audio DSP with AEC, a power amplifier, and a control processor. It provides complete system integration for large AV systems in a 3U enclosure, supporting AV applications with multiple displays, sound reinforcement, and system control. The DTP3 ports extend video, audio, and RS‑232 up to 330 feet (100 meters) over a shielded CAT 6A cable. Four reversible DTP3 ports allow matrix sizes from 8x12 to 12x8. All inputs and outputs support resolutions up to 4K/60 4:4:4, with all outputs driven by Extron Vector™ 4K scaling technology to provide seamless switching and logo keying. The Extron ProDSP™ audio digital signal processor built into the DTP3 CrossPoint 884 can connect to a Dante® network and a second Extron DSP for I/O expansion.

Returns
Returns
We do not accept returns. Damaged goods should be rejected at the point of delivery and faulty goods will be managed via the manufacture RMA process. We will support customers with the RMA process for goods that are dead on arrival (DOA) and faults beyond this can be supported on a time and materials basis.
Should there be mitigating circumstances, we may be willing to support a return of goods at the managements discretion. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We charge a restocking fee of 20% unless otherwise waived.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@focuscollaboration.com. Please note that returns will need an RMA number to be issued and for the item(s) to be sent to the following address provided.
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping including the cost of shipping. Be aware that some items may be returned into the EU. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
